I can't thank the team at SpeedZone enough for their exceptional service! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of amazing. First, a huge shout-out to Mr. Angelo and Mr. Mirzal, the brilliant mechanics who worked on my bike engine. The attention to detail and expertise they brought to the repair was evident from the moment I brought my bike in. They took the time to really diagnose the issue and went above and beyond to ensure my bike was running like new. It's clear these guys are true professionals who genuinely care about their craft. Also, I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Thomas, who was the backbone of the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way, explaining the repairs needed and answering all my questions. It’s rare to find such transparent, communicative service, and it made the entire experience stress-free. I felt like I was in great hands the entire time. From the outstanding technical work to the top-notch customer service, SpeedZone has earned a loyal customer in me. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of motorcycle repairs or maintenance. Thank you, team SpeedZone, for getting me back on the road with confidence!

Speedzone comprises a knowledgeable team of bike enthusiasts who are dedicated to providing great pre and post sales service. Comprehensive explanation was provided by Thomas and team, from bike specs to purchase procedures, and meticulous attention was paid right down to the aesthetics of matching the colours of vehicle plates to our scooter. It is obvious the team has a passion for bikes and we are glad to have purchased our scooter from Speedzone.

DONT BOTHER CALLING DURING LUNCH TIME This place should update their opening time from 10am - 11am and 1pm - 8pm because their hotlines both phone call and whatsapp is irresponsive during lunch. Everyone takes break during lunch. So the whole company close during lunch! Trust me. Look at my time stamp. I reached out and was put on hold and when I whatsapp no reply!

Maashaa-Allah. I feel so fortunate to get a bike for my husband from Speedzone. It is my first time buying a first-hand vehicle and Thomas made it easy for me! He took the time to explain what we need to know and advise what should not be done that voids its warranty. Thomas has been patient and understanding with me. He does not hard sell and ensures I make an informed decision before buying. Thank you so much, Thomas, for the hospitality and free gifts you threw in! They serve us well.

Where do I even begin? Ok so I first saw their post on Carousel. Just like how the other similar businesses were advertising, their post's picture was it's refinance percentage. I enquired and in no time, one of their staff got in touch with me. I told him about my current situation and enquired about the monthly payments. I was surprised by the amount he got. It was a $100 difference from the amount another refinancing company gave me. I even asked how he got that amount. He told me the breakdown in detail, nothing was hidden from me. Whereas the other refinancing company didn't even bother to answer my enquiries.Right then and there he drafted a contract, sent it to me, he even was there when I had a question about one of the things in the contract. Overall, the best experience I ever had. Would definitely recommend anyone I know to come here!! This is the place to be! Mad respect to you Thomas Yap! Thank you Speedzone!

Mr Thomas was very responsive on my enquiry despite his busy schedule. Gave useful information and detailed breakdowns when required. Tried his best to accommodate to my requirements. As often I read on others review, it was truly a nice environment to collect the bike at, and with proper explanation on the documentations and bike's technical. No harsh harsh rather professional. Thanks bro and team Speedzone d;~D

Just collected my bike today. Shop staff are very friendly and helpful. Very transparent in breaking down of price. If you are like me just pass your 2B licence. Can drop by to see their Used bike or Brand New bike. Their used bike look brand new and still in good condition. Last but not least, I could like to thank Cindy for her patience during the process of purchasing the bike.

First time buying bike, the staff was friendly in answering questions for a newbie. The value added service they provided during the sale, showed me that they are not just trying to get rid of the stock, but to build a customer relationship where I will want to go back to them for all bike services.

A friend intro me the shop back in 16/17 and have been going there ever since. Always friendly and professional. Recently I had a weird encounter with my 2015 r3, the guages and electronics started failing on the road and when I parked the bike doesn't start anymore. Drop them a text and they assist with getting my bike to the shop to check. Surprisingly the bike started working again. Despite these, they still help me did a thorough check on all the possible components and made sure all is well. In the end since I'm there we just went with pil and oil filter change. The fact that they would go to the extent to test everything out without extra charges to ensure it was thorough really goes to show their professionalism and passion in motorcycle. I strongly recommend them and will definitely be my no.1 choice.
